摘 要:针对疏浚弃土建材资源化利用问题,分别进行了普通振动成型和半干法压制成型下粉土块体的力学性能对比分析,在此基础上开展粉煤灰和矿粉不同替代量下(0%、20%、30%、40%和50%)疏浚粉土块体的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和干缩性能研究。结果表明含泥量为52%的半干法压制成型疏浚土块体28 d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别达到了65.5 MPa和5.1 MPa,相对于相同配合比下使用振动成型的试件分别提高了104.0%和183.3%。粉煤灰和矿粉掺入一定程度降低块体早期强度,但对后期强度无明显不良影响,掺有50%粉煤灰和50%矿粉的疏浚土块体120 d的干缩值较纯硅酸盐水泥的疏浚块体分别降低了29.7%和27.1%。粉土块体较普通C30混凝土成本降低42.1%,经济和社会效益显著。以疏浚粉土为主要原料可以制备路面砖、护面砖等人工块体就近应用于航道整治、道路及市政等工程。In response to the issue of resource utilization of dredged waste soil and building materials,a comparative analysisof the mechanical properties of silt blocks was conducted under ordinary vibration molding and semi dry pressing molding.Onthis basis,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and dry shrinkage performance of dredged silt blocks werestudied under different substitution amounts of fly ash and mineral powder(0%,20%,30%,40%,and 50%).The results showthat the 28 days compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the dredging soil block formed by semi dry pressing with amud content of 52% reach 65.5 MPa and 5.1 MPa,respectively,which are increased by 104.0% and 183.3% compared with thespecimens formed by vibration under the same mix ratio.The addition of fly ash and mineral powder reduces the early strengthof the block to a certain extent,but has no significant adverse effect on the later strength.The dry shrinkage value of thedredged soil block with 50% fly ash and 50% mineral powder added after 120 days is reduced by 29.7% and 27.1%respectively compared to the dredged block with only Portland cement added.Compared with ordinary C30 concrete,the cost ofsilt block is reduced by 42.1%,and the economic and social benefits are significant.Using dredged silt as the main rawmaterial,artificial blocks such as road tiles and protective tiles can be prepared for nearby applications in waterway regulation,road and municipal engineering.
