摘 要:核电项目排水构筑物长度较长且多采用暗排方式,为保证在外海复杂环境中,沉管管节接头的连接稳定性和止水密封性,本文结合某海域排水沉管工程,通过调研排水工程中常见沉管接头构造形式,分析连接方式、性能特点和适用条件,同时收集已实施项目中应用较广的止水带形式,从经济性、耐久性和安装维护等多方面比较,最终确定本工程接头设计组合方案。选择的接头构造和止水材料应结合建设条件、使用功能和施工设备等因素统筹考虑,做到结构简单可靠,易于水下安装,能够适应管节的变形和位移,以确保排水管道的正常运行。The drainage structures of nuclear power projects are long in length and mostly adopt the concealed immersedmethod.In order to ensure the connection stability and sealing of immersed tube joint in complex offshore environment.Combined with the drainage immersed tube project in a certain sea area,through the investigation of the common structuralforms of immersed tube joint in drainage engineering,this paper analyzes the connection mode,performance characteristics andapplicable conditions,while collecting the widely used type of water stop belt in the implemented project,and compares themfrom many aspects such as economy,durability and installation and maintenance,and finally determines the joint designcombination scheme of the project.The selected joint structure and sealing material should be considered in combination withconstruction conditions,use functions and construction equipment,so that the structure is simple and reliable,easy to installunderwater,and can adapt to the deformation and displacement of the tube joint to ensure the normal operation of the drainagetube.
