摘  要:钢壳混凝土沉管隧道最终接头安装精度要求高,为确保最终接头顺利安装,通过推出段推拉试验,验证施工工序中各种设备及操作步骤的可靠性。通过管节标定建立管节坐标系,使用全站仪测量特征点结合参考线钢尺测量的方法对推出段轴线偏差和里程数值进行测量,计算出推出段相对于扩大段的相对姿态,有效地控制了推出段推拉过程中轴线偏差,为下一步推拉试验提供判断依据,为后续重载演练测控系统性能试验及定位精度提供数据依据。The installation accuracy of the final joint of the steel shell concrete immersed tube tunnel is required to be high.Inorder to ensure the smooth installation of the final joint,the reliability of various equipment and operation steps in theconstruction process is verified by push-pull test in the push-pull section.The pipe joint coordinate system was establishedthrough pipe joint calibration,and the axis deviation and mileage value of the push-out section were measured by using themeasuring feature points of the total station and the measurement method of the steel rule of the reference line.The relativeattitude of the push-out section relative to the expansion was calculated,which effectively controlled the axis deviation duringthe push-pull process of the push-pull section and provided the judgment basis for the next push-pull test.It provides databasis for the performance test and positioning accuracy of the monitoring and control system in the following heavy load drill.
