摘 要:随着水利工程领域对设备精度和运行效率要求的不断提高,大型立式轴流泵的同心校正成为保障泵站稳定运行的关键环节。文章通过采用BIM(建筑信息模型)拆分和预拼装水泵机组的方法,提前预判并解决了安装过程中的同心度偏差控制难题,提高了安装质量的可控性。同时利用电气回路将电信号转换为声信号,将机组构件尺寸导入BIM系统,依据BIM计算各构件安装理论偏差值,并进一步采用反推方法调整水泵各构件平面位置,从而提高了水泵安装精度,为这一传统难题提供了新的解决方案。With the continuous improvement of equipment accuracy and operational efficiency requirements in the field of water conservancy engineering,concentric calibration of large vertical axial flow pumps has become a key link to ensure the stable operation of pump stations.This article uses the method of BIM disassembly and pre-assembly of water pump units to predict and solve the problem of concentricity deviation control during in-stallation in advance,improving the controllability of installation quality.At the same time,the electrical cir-cuit is used to convert electrical signals into sound signals,and the dimensions of the unit components are im-ported into the BIM system.Based on the BIM,the theoretical deviation values of each component installation are calculated,and the plane position of each component of the water pump is further adjusted using the re-verse calculation method.thereby improving the installation accuracy of the water pump.This provides a new solution to this traditional problem.
