摘 要:通过原位拉伸二维应变试验和分子动力学模拟系统研究了激光间隔扫描工艺对2060 Al-Li合金拉伸变形行为的影响。结果表明,激光间隔扫描在2060 Al-Li合金表面形成粗晶和细晶交替排列的微观组织,并显著提高其塑性。间隔激光扫描处理试样在塑性应变过程中出现局部塑性变形特性,交替排列的粗晶和细晶微观结构可以改变拉伸剪切带扩展方向,减缓了剪切变形区微裂纹形成和扩展,提高其伸长率。激光处理后的2060 Al-Li合金的总伸长率提高了47.2%。The influence of laser interval scanning process on tensile and deformation behavior of 2060 Al-Li alloy was systematically investigated by in-situ tensile two-dimensional strain(DIC)experiments and molecular dynamics simulations.The results indicate that laser interval scanning leads to a microstructure with alternating coarse and fine grains on the surface of 2060 Al-Li alloy,significantly enhancing elongation.Localized plastic deformation occurs in the interval laser-scanned specimens during tensile deformation,and alternating microstructure of coarsed and fine grains after interval scanning can alter the propagation direction of tensile shear bands,retarding the formation and growth of microcracks at shear deformation regions,furthering improving the ductility.The total elongation of laser-treated 2060 Al-Li alloy is increased by 47.2%.
