摘  要:时效强化Al-Li合金具有低密度、高比强度、高弹性模量和较好的低温性能等特点,广泛应用于航空航天、军事工业等领域。概述了Al-Li合金的发展历程及存在问题,简述了主要组织因素及相应解决办法,详细阐述了合金化、热变形及热处理工艺对新型Al-Li合金组织性能的影响,并对Al-Li合金的发展提出展望。Aging hardened Al-Li alloys have advantages of low density,high specific strength,high elastic modulus and desirable low temperature property,whcih are widely used in aerospace,military industry and other fields.The development history and existing problems in Al-Li alloy were reviewed,and the main microstructure factors as well as corresponding solutions were briefly described.Effects of alloying,thermal deformation and heat treatment processes on microstructure and properties of novel Al-Li alloys were explicated in detail,and the future development of Al-Li alloy was prospected.
