摘 要:针对TiB_(2)颗粒增强铝基复合材料中颗粒易大面积团聚问题,采用自主设计的分层电磁搅拌设备制备TiB_(2)/A356铝基复合材料,结合OM、SEM、EDS等测试手段,研究了分层电磁搅拌工艺(初始搅拌温度、搅拌时间)对TiB_(2)/A356组织的影响。结果表明,当初始搅拌温度为640℃,搅拌时间为30 s时,分层电磁搅拌工艺对TiB_(2)颗粒团聚体分散效果最佳,其团聚体尺寸为5~10μm;分层电磁搅拌工艺可以加强熔体间的对流,细化α-Al相,破碎TiB_(2)颗粒团聚体,改善TiB_(2)颗粒的团聚现象。Aiming at the agglomeration in a large area of TiB_(2)particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites,TiB_(2)/A356 aluminum matrix composites were prepared by self-designed multi-layered electromagnetic stirring equipment,and effects of multi-layered electromagnetic stirring process(starting stirring temperature,stirring time)on microstructure of TiB_(2)/A356 were investigated combined with the testing means of OM,SEM,EDS,etc.The results indicate that with the starting stirring temperature of 640℃ and stirring time of 30 s,effects of multi-layered electromagnetic stirring process on dispersion of TiB_(2)agglomerates are desirable,and the size of agglomerates is 5~10μm.The multilayered electromagnetic stirring process can enhance the convection between the melts,refineα-Al phase,and break TiB_(2)particle agglomerates,improving the agglomeration phenomenon of TiB_(2)particles.
