摘 要:以废弃人造石墨为主要原材料,热固性酚醛树脂为黏结剂,利用微热压增材成形技术快速制备了石墨原型件。研究了微热压增材成形工艺参数对成形石墨件精度及强度的影响,确定了各参数的合理取值范围,并通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺参数组合,最后通过微热压增材成形技术一次性制备了石墨功能件,并对石墨铸型进行了浇注试验,验证了其使用性能。Taking waste artificial graphite as raw material and thermosetting phenolic resin as binder,graphite prototypes were rapidly prepared by micro-hot pressing additive manufacturing technology.Effects of process parameters on the dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength of formed components were investigated.The reasonable range of values for each parameter was determined,and optimal combination of parameters was given by orthogonal experiments.Graphite function components were successfully fabricated in a single step,and casting experiments were conducted to validate the usability.
