摘 要:采用扫描电镜结合EDS分析了采用不同原材料生产的无氧铜杆的断口形貌和化学成分,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明,TUY03标准试样的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率比再生料铜杆试样分别提高了10.6%、18.8%和6.9%,而两组试样平均断面收缩率近似相等;标准试样断口相对再生料铜杆来说表面粗糙,韧窝数量更密集,在裂纹扩展区出现了更多的拉长韧窝,且表面孔洞缺陷更少,其断裂韧性和塑性更好。Fracture morphologies and chemical composition of oxygen-free copper rods fabricated with different raw materials were analyzed by scanning electron microscope combined with EDS,and mechanical properties were tested.The results indicate that the average tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation of TUY03 standard specimen are 10.6%、18.8%,and 6.9%higher than those of recycled ones,respectively,while the average cross-sectional shrinkage of both groups is approximately equal.The fracture surface of standard specimen is rougher with a higher density of dimples compared to the recycled copper rod,and large amounts of elongated dimples are observed in the crack propagation area with fewer surface pore defects,indicating desirable fracture toughness and plasticity.
