摘 要:褐藻寡糖是一类从褐藻胶降解获得的寡聚糖,具有促进植物生长、增强逆境耐受性及改善土壤健康等多种功能。概述褐藻寡糖的主要制备方法,包括物理法、化学法、酶解法、发酵法;探讨褐藻寡糖在不同领域的应用,重点分析其作为生物刺激剂在植保领域的应用及作用机制,包括促生根生长,提高抗逆性,提质增产,抗病菌、抗病毒,提高营养成分,抗氧化、耐储存,提高土壤细菌群落多样性等。阐述褐藻寡糖与肥料协同作用的增效机制,强调了其在提高肥料利用率、减少养分流失方面的潜力,为褐藻寡糖在农业可持续发展中的应用提供了科学依据。Alginate oligosaccharides is a type of oligosaccharide derived from the degradation of alginate,with multiple functions such as promoting plant growth,enhancing stress tolerance,and improving soil health.The preparation methods of alginate oligosaccharides are summarized,including physical,chemical and enzymatic processes;The applications of alginate oligosaccharides in various fields are further explored,with a focus on their mechanisms of action as biostimulants,including promoting root growth,enhancing stress resistance,improving quality and yield,resisting bacteria and viruses,improving nutrient content,resisting oxidation and storage,and increasing soil bacterial community diversity,etc.This review centers on the potential applications of alginate oligosaccharides in enhancing fertilizer efficacy,reviewing the synergistic mechanisms between brown alginate oligosaccharides and fertilizers,and highlighting their potential to improve fertilizer utilization and reduce nutrient loss,thereby providing a scientific basis for the application of alginate oligosaccharides in sustainable agricultural development.
