摘 要:金属纳米团簇以其优异的光电性能在电化学发光(ECL)领域受到极大关注,金属有机凝胶(MOGs)因其合成简单、水溶性好、比表面积大等优点经常作为载体用于负载其他纳米材料或生物分子.本文以锆凝胶(Zr-MOG)负载的金纳米团簇(Au NCs)为阴极发光材料(Au NCs@Zr-MOG),以铁凝胶(Fe-MOG)负载的三联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)32+)为阳极发光材料(Ru@Fe-MOG),构建了比率ECL传感器,用于多巴胺(DA)的灵敏检测.实验中引入分子印迹聚合物(MIP),用于特异性吸附DA,再利用DA的顺式二醇结构与Fe-MOG中硼酸的特异作用,将Ru@Fe-MOG引入电极,从而产生比率ECL信号.随着DA浓度的增大,阴极由于MIP的物理阻碍作用信号下降,而阳极因引入更多Ru@Fe-MOG使信号增大,阴阳两极ECL信号比值与DA物质的量浓度在1.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(LOD)为7.8 nmol∙L^(-1).Metal nanoclusters have attracted great attention in the field of electrochemical luminescence(ECL)because of their excellent photoelectric properties.Metal-organic gels(MOGs)are often used as carriers to support other nanomaterials or biomolecules because of their simple synthesis,good water solubility and large specific surface area.In this paper,a ratio ECL sensor was constructed using zirconium gel(Zr-MOG)supported gold nanoclusters(Au NCs)as cathodic luminescent materials(Au NCs@Zr-MOG)and iron gel(Fe-MOG)supported tripyridinium ruthenium(Ru(bpy)32+)as anodic luminescent materials(Ru@Fe-MOG)for the sensitive detection of dopamine(DA).In the experiment,molecular imprinted polymer(MIP)was introduced for the specific adsorption of DA,and then Ru@Fe-MOG was introduced into the electrode by the specific interaction between the cis diol structure of DA and boric acid in Fe-MOG,thereby generating the ratio ECL signal.With the increase of DA concentration,the signal of the cathode decreases due to the physical obstruction of MIP,while the signal of the anode increases due to the introduction of more Ru@Fe-MOG.The ratio of ECL signal of the anode and cathode has a good linear relationship with DA concentration in the range of 1.0×10^(-8)-1.0×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1).Detection limit(LOD)is 7.8 nmol∙L^(-1).
