摘 要:为应对突发的列车延误情况,铁路部门需及时生成相应的延误处置策略。延误处置策略的人性化程度是旅客评价高速铁路服务水平的主要指标,因此,提升延误处置策略的人性化程度是高速铁路稳固市场需求的重要方式。为降低高速铁路列车延误对旅客出行造成的负面影响,提出一种考虑旅客满意度的列车运行调整优化方法。总结列车运行特征、旅客出行特征、延误时间等旅客满意度影响因素,考虑列车运行、换乘接续和运行调整等约束条件,构建了考虑旅客满意度和运行调整的列车运行调整双目标优化模型。确定旅客满意度目标为主要目标,采用ε-约束法将运行调整目标转化为ε约束,根据模型特点设计了一种分支定切算法用于模型求解,将停站通过约束与发到间隔约束转化为有效割,与Gomory基本有效割结合提升了模型求解效率。以京沪高铁北京南―徐州东下行区段为背景,设置多组参数验证了模型合理性及算法有效性。结果表明,本文模型能有效降低列车运行调整过程中旅客满意度的变化,在调整少量列车及列车运行线的情况下快速恢复线路正常行车秩序;设计的分支定切算法可在合理时间内获得优于商用求解器的可行解,体现了算法良好的求解性能;ε取值的变化使模型适用于多种情况,可为铁路部门提供更丰富的延误处置策略备选方案。To effectively address unexpected train delays,the railway department must promptly develop an emergency response strategy.The efficacy of this strategy is a crucial factor in traveler perceptions of the railway service,thus improving the responsiveness to delays is an imperative step for the railway department to solidify market demand.To mitigate the adverse effects of train delays on passenger travel,this paper proposed a train schedule rescheduling optimization method that considers passenger satisfaction.In consideration of the factors influencing passenger satisfaction,including train operation characteristics,passenger travel characteristics,and delay time,as well as the constraints of train operation,transfer articulation,and timetable rescheduling,a dualobjective optimization model of train timetable rescheduling considering passenger satisfaction and rescheduling was constructed.The objective of passenger satisfaction was determined as the main objective.The rescheduling objective was transformed into constraint by usingε-constraint method.A branch-and-cut algorithm had been designed for model solving based on the characteristics of the model in question.This algorithm converted the dwell-pass constraints and the arrival interval constraints into efficient cuts and combines them with Gomory’s basic efficient cuts,which served to improve the efficiency of model solving.The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway Beijing South-Xuzhou East downstream section was used as the background for the verification of several sets of parameters,which aimed to demonstrate the reasonableness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The results show that the model in this paper can effectively reduce the change of passenger satisfaction in the process of train timetable rescheduling.Furthermore,the model is capable of rapidly restoring the normal operational sequence of the railway line through the rescheduling of a limited number of trains and train operation paths.The designed branch-and-cut algorithm can o
