摘 要:研究常山提取物联合牛至油抗鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的效果。选取14日龄无球虫罗斯308肉鸡80只,随机分为常山提取物联合牛至油组、常山提取物组、阳性对照组和空白对照组,15~24日龄时各给药组的雏鸡给予相应药物,16日龄时给药组和阳性对照组所有雏鸡均经口接种1×10^(4)个柔嫩艾美耳球虫的孢子化卵囊,饲养至24日龄时试验结束。结果显示,感染后第5~7天,常山提取物联合牛至油组雏鸡的血便计分显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.05),相对增重率显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.05);两给药组雏鸡的盲肠病变值和卵囊值均显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.05),两给药组ACI均达166以上,具有良好的抗球虫效果。与阳性对照组相比,在感染后第4天与第8天,给药组雏鸡血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等促炎因子的含量显著下调(P<0.05),抑炎因子白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的含量显著上调(P<0.05);与阳性对照组相比,给药组雏鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著上调(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)水平显著下调(P<0.05)。在感染后第8天,常山提取物联合牛至油组雏鸡血清中肌酐(CRE)、尿酸(UA)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)等指标与空白对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),而常山提取物组雏鸡相应指标均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。上述研究表明,常山提取物联合牛至油抗球虫效果良好,且可以减轻常山对雏鸡产生的副作用。The aim was to study the effect of Radix Dichroae extractive combined with oregano oil in anti-chicken coccidia.Eighty 14-day-old coccidia-free Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into Radix Dichroae extractive combined with oregano oil group,Radix Dichroae extractive group,positive control group and blank control group.At the age of 15-24 days,broilers of two administration groups received drugs.At the age of 16 days,each chicken of two administration groups and positive control group was infected orally with 1×10^(4) sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella,and the experiment ended at the age of 24 days.The results showed that bloody stool score in Radix Dichroae extractive combined with oregano oil group was significantly lower than that of positive control group(P<0.05)on the 5th to 7th day after infection,and the relative weight gain rate was significantly higher than that of positive control group(P<0.05).The cecum lesion value and oocysts value of the chickens in the administration groups were significantly lower than those of positive control group(P<0.05),and the ACI(Anticoccidial Index)was more than 166,which had a good anticoccidial effect.On the 4th and 8th day after infection,the serum levels of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1βand TNF-αwere significantly decreased in the administration groups compared with those in the positive control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the content of IL-10 in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of T-AOC and SOD were significantly up-regulated,and the levels of MDA and NO were significantly down-regulated in the administration groups compared with the positive control group(P<0.05).On the 8th day after infection,there was no significant difference in the contents of CRE,UA,AST and ALT between Radix Dichroae extractive combined with origanum oil group and blank control group(P>0.05).On the 8th day after infection,the levels of CRE,UA,AST and ALT in Radix Dichroae extractive group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group(P<0
