摘 要:本研究旨在优化罗汉果藤水提物的制备工艺。通过单因素试验考察提取次数、提取时间和料液比对罗汉果藤水提物浸膏得率及浸膏中总黄酮、可溶性糖、总酚、总皂苷含量的影响。基于单因素试验结果,进一步采用正交试验法,以浸膏得率和活性成分含量为评价指标,确定了最优提取工艺。结果显示,在提取3次、每次1.0 h、料液比为1∶16(g∶mL)的条件下,罗汉果藤水提物的浸膏得率最高,达到11.92%,且浸膏中总黄酮、可溶性糖、总酚、总皂苷的平均含量分别为4.95 mg/g、30.39 mg/g、12.95 mg/g、12.55 mg/g。这些结果可为罗汉果藤资源的综合利用提供科学依据,并为进一步的药理学研究和应用奠定基础。This study aimed to optimize the preparation process for the aqueous extract from the vine of Siraitia grosvenorii.Single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of extraction times,extraction time,and material-to-liquid ratio on the yield of the aqueous extract and the content of total flavonoids,soluble sugars,total phenols,and total saponins.Based on the results of the single-factor experiments,an orthogonal test was further employed to determine the optimal extraction process,with the extract yield and the content of active components as evaluation indicators.The results indicated that under the conditions of extracting three times,each time for 1.0 hour,with a material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶16(g∶mL),the yield of the aqueous extract from the vine of Siraitia grosvenorii was the highest,reaching 11.92%,and the average contents of total flavonoids,soluble sugars,total phenols,and total saponins were 4.95 mg/g,30.39 mg/g,12.95 mg/g,and 12.55 mg/g,respectively.These findings provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of Siraitia grosvenorii vine resources and lay the foundation for further pharmacological research and applications.
