摘 要:本研究旨在探究迎甘颗粒的镇咳祛痰作用,为开展临床试验提供依据。镇咳试验选取50只昆明小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为空白对照组、阳性药物对照组、迎甘颗粒高剂量组、迎甘颗粒中剂量组、迎甘颗粒低剂量组,将生理盐水、阳性药物和受试药物给各组别小鼠经口灌服给药,每天灌喂1次,连续灌喂7d,末次给药后1h,建立简易浓氨水刺激小鼠诱咳模型,观察和记录小鼠咳嗽潜伏期及3 min内的咳嗽次数。结果显示,各剂量迎甘颗粒组均可显著延长浓氨水引咳所致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期(P<0.05),且各用药组均能显著减少小鼠3 min内的咳嗽次数(P<0.05)。祛痰试验选取50只昆明小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为空白对照组、阳性药物对照组、迎甘颗粒高剂量组、迎甘颗粒中剂量组、迎甘颗粒低剂量组,将生理盐水、阳性药物和受试药物给各组别小鼠经口灌服给药,每天灌喂1次,连续灌喂7d,末次给药后30min,给小鼠腹腔注射0.5%酚红生理盐水溶液0.4mL,30min后处死小鼠,采用呼吸道酚红冲洗法观察小鼠气管段中的酚红排泌量。结果显示,阳性药物对照组、迎甘颗粒高剂量组、迎甘颗粒中剂量组的小鼠气管酚红排泌量均显著高于空白对照组及迎甘颗粒低剂量组(P<0.05),且迎甘颗粒高剂量组的酚红排泌量最大。结果提示,迎甘颗粒具有明显的镇咳祛痰作用,其中迎甘颗粒高剂量组功效最显著。This study is aimed at exploring the antitussive and expectorant effects of Yinggan granules,providing a basis for conducting clinical trials.To explore the antitussive effect of Yinggan granules,50 KM mice,half male and half female,were randomly divided into a blank group,a positive drug control group,and high-dose,medium-dose,and low-dose Yinggan granules groups.Normal saline,the positive drug,and the test drug were administered orally to each group of mice once daily for seven consecutive days.One hour after the final administration,a simple concentrated ammonia water-induced cough model was established in mice.The cough latency and the number of coughs within 3 minutes were observed and recorded.The results indicated that all dose groups of Yinggan granules could significantly prolong the cough latency induced by concentrated ammonia water in mice(P<0.05),and all treatment groups could significantly reduce the number of coughs within 3 minutes(P<0.05).To investigate the expectorant effect of Yinggan granules,50 KM mice,half male and half female,were randomly divided into a blank group,a positive drug control group,and high-dose,medium-dose,and low-dose Yinggan granules groups.Normal saline,the positive drug,and the test drug were administered orally to each group of mice once daily for seven consecutive days.Thirty minutes after the final administration,0.4 mL of 0.5%phenol red normal saline solution was injected intraperitoneally into the mice.Thirty minutes later,the mice were sacrificed.The amount of phenol red excreted in the trachea of the mice was observed using the respiratory tract phenol red flushing method.The results showed that the amount of phenol red excreted in the tracheas of the positive drug control group,the high-dose and medium-dose Yinggan granules groups was significantly higher than that of the blank group and the low-dose Yinggan granules group(P<0.05),and the amount of phenol red excretion in the high-dose Yinggan granules group was the highest.The results demonstrate that Yinggan gra
