摘  要:以航海图更新为例,在分析航海图更新的紧迫性和重要性以及航海图更新与海底地貌现势性之间关系的基础上,提出了一种海底地貌现势性评估方法,结合核密度分析技术,将水深点数据转化为海底地貌信息,并对新旧数据进行差异性分析及量化评估方法,以辅助航海图的更新决策。首先,基于水深点构建海底地貌模型;其次,基于核密度分析和反距离加权插值构建新、旧海底地貌差异矩阵;最后,提出了海底地貌变化率量化评判标准,用于对比和量化评估结果。实验结果表明,该方法鲁棒性强且可靠,能够对海底地貌进行快速而准确的变化率量化评估,满足航海图更新决策需求。This paper takes the update of nautical charts as an example.Based on analyzing the urgency and importance of nautical chart updates,as well as the relationship between these updates and the current state of seabed geomorphology,this paper proposes a method for assessing the current state of seabed geomorphology.By integrating kernel density analysis techniques,bathymetric point data is transformed into seabed geomorphological information.This paper conducts differential analysis and quantitative assessment methods on new and old data to assist in decision-making for the update of nautical charts.Firstly,a seabed geomorphological model is constructed based on bathymetric points;secondly,new and old seabed geomorphological difference matrices are built using kernel density analysis and inverse distance weighted interpolation;finally,a quantifiable standard for assessing the rate of change in seabed geomorphology is proposed for comparing and evaluating the results quantitatively.Experimental results show that the method is robust and reliable,capable of rapidly and accurately quantifying changes in seabed geomorphology,meeting the needs of decision-making for the update of nautical charts.
