摘　　要：胃癌(GC)是消化系统的高发恶性肿瘤,全球发病率与致死率均居高不下,对人类健康构成严重威胁。研究表明,肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(TAN)与GC起始、侵袭转移、免疫逃逸、耐药等不良生物学行为密切相关,在GC病理进程中发挥关键作用。本文通过梳理近年来的相关文献,总结中性粒细胞在GC发生发展中的作用并探讨其在GC治疗中的应用,以期为临床和基础研究提供参考。Gastric cancer(GC)is a highly prevalent malignant tumor of the digestive system,with high incidences and mortality rates worldwide,posing a serious threat to human health.Studies have shown that tumor-associated neutrophils(TAN)are closely related to adverse biological behaviors of GC,such as initiation,invasion and metastasis,immune evasion,and resistance to treatment,playing a pivotal role in the pathological progression of GC.This article aims to summarize the role of neutrophils in the onset and development of GC and explore their potential applications in GC treatment by reviewing relevant literature in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinicians and basic research.
