摘　　要：时间距离的缩短能够促进贸易和人口流动,从而加速知识溢出与人力资本积累。从理论上看,低空经济将大幅缩短时间距离,推动产业集聚和创新扩散,给经济社会带来变革性影响。从实践角度来看,低空经济通过重塑时间距离,将推动产业和区域的一体化、灵活化和智能化变革,重塑区域经济布局和产业生态。为了实现这一变革,降低时间成本与经济成本是关键原则,因此,需要从支撑体系建设、基础设施完善和技术创新等多方面入手,推动低空经济的快速发展和规模化应用。This study investigates the transformative potential of low-altitude economy(LAE)in reducing time distance and its subsequent impacts on trade,population mobility,knowledge spillover,and human capital accumulation.Theoretically,the LAE is expected to significantly shorten time distance,thereby promoting industrial agglomeration and the diffusion of innovation,leading to revolutionary changes in the socio-economic landscape.Empirically,by reshaping time distance,the LAE is poised to drive integration,flexibility,and intelligent transformation of industries and regions,thereby reconfiguring regional economic patterns and industrial ecosystems.To realize these transformations,reducing time and economic costs is identified as a key principle.Therefore,this study proposes a multi-faceted approach,including the development of supporting systems,improvement of infrastructure,and technological innovation,to accelerate the rapid development and large-scale application of the low-altitude economy.
