摘　　要：科技智库在引领科技发展进步与世界经济发展的过程中,发挥着难以替代的作用。科技智库是我国深入实施创新驱动发展战略,推动“中国制造”向“中国创造”加速转型的重要抓手。通过分析美国、英国、德国科技智库的发展经验,提出我国要通过加速建立多种类型的高端科技智库;通过将科学技术和社会科学的有机联系,推动科技与人文社会科学学科的交叉;通过引进和培养资深专家,助推对低空经济等新兴未来产业项目评估,并重视媒体影响力塑造,加强智库间的国际合作和交流来加快推动我国科技智库建设。This article reviews the development experiences of science and technology(ST)think tanks in the US,UK,and Germany,highlighting their early establishment,clear positioning,in-depth research,close cooperation among government,industry,and academia,and emphasis on talent.It analyzes the characteristics of these think tanks and proposes strategies for accelerating the construction of domestic ST think tanks in China.These strategies involve establishing diverse high-end think tanks,integrating science with humanities,fostering industry-academia cooperation,attracting top talent,leveraging media for influence,and enhancing international cooperation.
