摘 要:为明确三维编织结构中混杂纤维的引入对复合材料力学行为的影响,从三维编织混杂复合材料的混杂结构设计入手,系统归纳单一纱线系统、多种纱线系统的混杂设计方法;讨论三维编织混杂复合材料拉伸压缩、剪切、弯曲和冲击等力学性能,与层合板进行对比分析,发现三维混杂编织复合材料力学性能优势显著;并探讨其面临的挑战和未来发展方向,包括优化制备工艺、探索新的纤维材料以及开发多功能复合材料等。In order to clarify the effects of the introduction of hybrid fibers in three-dimensional braided structures on the mechani-cal behavior of composites,starting with the hybrid structure design of three-dimensional braided hybrid composites,the hybrid de-sign methods of single yarn system and multiple yarn systems were systematically summarized and explained.The mechanical proper-ties of three-dimensional braided hybrid composites were discussed,such as tensile compression,shear,bending and impact.Com-pared with laminates,the mechanical properties of three-dimensional braided hybrid composites were found to have significant advan-tages.The challenges and future development directions were discussed,including optimization of preparation process,exploration of new fiber materials and development of multi-functional composite materials.
