摘 要:探讨纯牦牛绒粗支纱在棉纺设备上的可纺性和织物性能。由于牦牛绒纤维的可纺性较差,特别是其静电较大,纤维在梳理时很难成条,牵伸时缠皮辊情况严重,纺纱前需加入适当的抗静电剂。以牦牛绒纤维/水溶性维纶纤维50/50混纺比为原料,通过棉纺设备,制作牦牛绒/水溶性维纶混纺比为50/50的200 tex×2股线,并测试其相关性能。通过针织的方式对混纺后的纱线进行织物设计,并进行退维处理,最终得到100 tex×2纯牦牛绒织物。因退维而降低了所纺纱的捻系数,也保证了毛织物的柔软性。An investigation was conducted to examine the spinnability and fabric characteristics of pure yak wool coarse yarn pro-cessed through cotton spinning systems.Given the inherent challenges of yak wool fiber processing,particularly pronounced electro-static accumulation,fiber strip formation during carding was found to be problematic,with excessive roller wrapping observed during drafting operations.To address these limitations,antistatic pretreatment was implemented prior to spinning.A 50/50 yak wool/wa-ter-soluble vinylon blend was processed into 200 tex×2 plied yarns using cotton spinning equipment,followed by comprehensive per-formance evaluation.Subsequent knitting and de-dimensioning procedures were employed to develop 100 tex×2 pure yak wool fab-rics.Twist coefficients were effectively reduced through controlled relaxation processes,while fabric softness was maintained.
