摘  要:涂料印花生产过程中,由于外部生产环境温湿度及色浆本身黏合剂性质的原因,黏合剂提前交联成膜,堵塞印花网孔,造成生产效率降低及产品质量下降。色浆的pH值和黏度,以及环境温度和湿度对黏合剂成膜影响较大,色浆的pH值呈现酸性易成膜,黏度较大易成膜,外界环境温度高湿度小,水分挥发快,黏合剂易成膜。仿照氨水作用原理开发的印花水能保证现有客户指标要求的同时可满足实际生产需求,解决印花塞网问题,减少停车次数,提升生产效率。Premature crosslinking and film formation of binders during pigment printing processes may occur due to environmental temperature,humidity,and inherent properties of the binder within the color paste.These phenomena lead to screen mesh clogging,subsequently reducing production efficiency and product quality.The pH value and viscosity of the color paste,along with ambient temperature and humidity,significantly influence binder film formation.Acidic conditions and higher color paste viscosity promote film formation,while elevated ambient temperatures and reduced humidity accelerate water evaporation,further facilitating binder cu-ring.A printing water formulation developed through ammonia-mediated mechanisms has been implemented to address mesh clogging issues.This solution meets both customer specifications and practical production requirements,effectively minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
