摘  要:时代对服装人才在职业能力和精神等方面都提出了更高的要求,高校作为人才培养的主阵地之一,在“立德树人”上有着积极作用。从“红船精神”的3个维度出发,通过分析“红船精神”融入服装人才的“职业道德三角”,并从校园文化建设、专业课教学内容、实践活动、混合式教学模式和“德育”效果考核5个方面探讨服装人才“职业道德三角”的培养路径,旨在深化德育教育体制改革,增强服装专业大学生的思想品德和职业操守,培养德才兼备的新时代服装人才。Higher requirements are imposed on clothing talents in terms of professional competence and spirit in the new era.As colleges and universities are considered primary platforms for talent cultivation,their role in moral education is emphasized.Through the three-dimensional framework of the“Red Boat spirit”,an analysis was conducted on the“professional ethics triangle”integrated with this cultural concept for clothing talents.Cultivation pathways were explored through five dimensions:campus culture construc-tion,professional course content optimization,practical activity design,blended teaching mode implementation,and moral education assessment mechanisms.It aims to facilitate moral education system reform,strengthen ideological awareness and professional ethics among clothing majors,and ultimately cultivate new-era professionals characterized by both technical proficiency and political integrity.
