摘　　要：东北三省作为我国重要的粮食主产区,在保障国家粮食安全方面占据了重要地位。文章聚焦于东北粮食主产区利益补偿机制,深入剖析其现状与问题。研究发现:当前实施的利益补偿政策在促进粮食生产、提升农民种粮积极性等方面取得一定成效,但仍面临补偿标准不合理、政策实施不到位、产销区域发展不协调等问题。对此,提出优化利益补偿标准、完善利益补偿体系、促进区域协调发展等对策,推动农民稳定增收和区域粮食产业发展,进一步稳固国家粮食安全的根基。As important grain producing areas in China,the three northeastern provinces play a crucial role in ensuring national food security.The article focuses on the compensation mechanism for the interests of the main grain producing areas in Northeast China,and deeply analyzes its current situation and problems.Research has found that the current implementation of interest compensation policies has achieved certain results in promoting grain production and enhancing farmers'enthusiasm for planting grain,but still faces problems such as unreasonable compensation standards,inadequate policy implementation,and uncoordinated development of production and sales regions.In response,measures have been proposed to optimize the compensation standards for benefits,improve the compensation system for benefits,and promote regional coordinated development,in order to promote stable income growth for farmers and the development of regional grain industries,and further consolidate the foundation of national food security.
