摘 要:以新建立筒仓群为研究对象,通过合理的不同阶段装粮过程、装粮后变形监测过程等,对立筒仓群建设后的初次满仓装粮进行了变形监测分析。立筒仓群的主体形变主要与不同阶段的装粮方式、合仓倒仓方式有关,试验了以仓容的45%、45%、10%方式装粮,并分别静置77、62、99 d进行监测分析。第一阶段静置期间累计沉降量波动较大,由于入粮不稳定性,导致整体建筑所设观测点位出现不稳定性上升或下降现象,静置稳定性较差,平均累计沉降量为-0.72 mm。第二阶段静置期间立筒仓承受载荷量较大,平均累计沉降量为-1.69 mm,较第三阶段沉降变化速率大,但随着时间推移,整体沉降速率与累计沉降量趋于稳定。新建立筒仓装粮于前三个月建筑承受能力波动较大,一年之后整体呈现稳定趋势。本试验所采用的装粮方式和监测方案是合理的,为其他新建的立筒仓群的初次满仓装粮的变形监测提供了实践参考。This article takes the construction of a new silo group as the research object,and conducts deformation monitoring analysis on the initial full loading of grain after the construction of the silo group through reasonable loading processes at different stages and deformation monitoring processes after loading.The deformation of the main body of the silo group is mainly related to the different stages of grain loading and consolidation.This article tested grain loading methods with 45%,45%,and 10%of the warehouse capacity,and monitored and analyzed them after being left to stand for 77,62,and 99 days,respectively.During the first stage of settling,there was a significant fluctuation in the accumulated settlement.Due to the instability of grain feeding,the observation points set up in the overall building showed unstable increases or decreases.The settling stability was poor,with an average accumulated settlement of-0.72 mm.During the second stage of settling,the vertical silo bore a relatively large load,with an average cumulative settlement of-1.69 mm,which was faster than the settlement rate in the third stage.However,over time,the overall settlement rate and cumulative settlement tended to stabilize.The load-bearing capacity of newly built silos for grain storage fluctuated significantly in the first three months,but overall showed a stable trend after one year.The deformation monitoring method and monitoring scheme used in this experiment are reasonable,providing practical reference for the deformation monitoring of other newly built silos with initial full grain loading.
