鲜食玉米全产业链协同发展模式研究

摘　　要：“龙头企业+农户”和“龙头企业+合作社+农户”是农业现代化纵深推进和高质量发展的重要抓手。本文从农业全产业链视角切入,运用Stackelberg博弈理论,分别构建由种子企业领导的研发主导型协同模型和由零售商领导的市场主导型协同模型,对比分析不同模式下的博弈均衡策略。鲜食玉米作为一种果蔬兼用经济型作物,在优化农业结构和加快转变农业发展方式中优势显著,以鲜食玉米产业为例,运用仿真模拟验证模型的有效性。结果表明,市场主导型协同模式下的鲜食玉米质量和销量均高于研发主导型协同模式,并且各参与主体的利润高于研发主导模式下的利润。市场主导型模式能够有效地传导和响应市场需求,助力产业链获得质量优势,提升全产业链经济效益。“Leading enterprises+farmers”and“leading enterprises+farmer cooperatives+farmers”are pivot⁃al strategies for advancing agricultural modernization and achieving high-quality development.From the perspec⁃tive of the whole agricultural industry chain,this paper uses Stackelberg game theory to construct two collaborative models:an R&D oriented model led by seed enterprise and a market-oriented model led by retailer,and compares the game equilibrium strategies under different models.Moreover,considering that fresh-eating maize,as an eco⁃nomic crop for both fruits and vegetables,has significant advantages in optimizing agricultural structure and acceler⁃ating the transformation of agricultural development mode,this paper takes fresh-eating maize industry as an exam⁃ple and verifies the effectiveness of the two models by simulation analysis.The result shows that the quality and mar⁃ket sales of fresh-eating maize under the market-oriented cooperative mode are higher than those under the R&D oriented cooperative mode.And the profits of all participants are higher than those in the R&D oriented model.The market-oriented model can conduct and respond effectively to market demand,thereby enhancing the quality advan⁃tages of the industrial chain and improving the economic benefits across the entire agricultural industry chain.
