摘 要:基于车-轨-桥耦合动力学理论并结合多体动力学和有限元理论建立高速铁路车-轨-桥刚柔耦合动力学模型,分析了车辆构造参数对高速铁路车-轨-桥耦合振动的影响。结果表明:随着车辆定距的增大,车辆、桥梁动力响应值均增大,车辆定距对桥梁跨中加速度的影响更显著;随着固定轴距的增大,除车体横向加速度和桥梁跨中垂向加速度增大外,车辆、桥梁其他相关动力响应值均减小,固定轴距对桥梁跨中位移影响更显著;车轮直径仅对车体加速度有影响,车体加速度随车轮直径的增大而增大;车体加速度随着一系悬挂垂向刚度的增大而增大,桥梁跨中垂向加速度减小,车体垂向加速度随着二系悬挂垂向刚度的增大而增大。Based on the train-rail-bridge coupling dynamic theory,combined with multi-body dynamics and finite element theory,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of high-speed train-rail-bridge is established,and the influence of train structure parameters on the train-rail-bridge coupling vibration of high-speed railway is analyzed.The results show that the dynamic response values of both train and bridge increase with the increase of bogie center distance,and the influence of bogie center distance on the bridge mid-span acceleration is more significant.With the increase of the fixed wheelbase,the relevant dynamic response values of other parts of the train and bridge decrease except for the lateral acceleration of train body and vertical acceleration of bridge at the middle span,and the influence of the fixed wheelbase on the displacement at the middle span of the bridge is more significant.The wheel diameter only affects the acceleration of the train body,and the acceleration of the train body increases with the increase of the wheel diameter.With the increase of the primary suspension vertical stiffness,the train body acceleration increases,and the bridge mid span vertical acceleration decreases.With the increase of the secondary suspension vertical stiffness,the train body vertical acceleration also increases.
