摘 要:变压器是电网运行必不可少的设备,不良厂家使用报废变压器上拆卸的硅钢片制作新变压器,威胁电网的安全稳定运行。为了研究“二次片”变压器振动噪声的规律与特点,首先,阐述了硅钢片长期服役对振动噪声的影响;然后,对不同服役时间的同类变压器振动加速度幅值进行拟合,获得了饱和磁致伸缩系数-服役时间曲线;最后,借助长服役时间下变压器的振动噪声来反映“二次片”变压器的振动噪声,使用有限元仿真分析了服役时间对变压器噪声特征量的影响。研究结果表明噪声信号中基频能量比重越低、频谱复杂度越高、高低频能量比越大,则硅钢片服役年限越长,或使用“二次片”的概率越高。该研究可以初步预估变压器正常老化后的振动噪声,为进一步提出“二次片”变压器辨识的判据提供参考。Transformers are essential equipment for power grid operation.Bad manufacturers use dismantled silicon steel sheets from scrapped transformers to make new transformers,threatening the safe and stable operation of power grids.To study the law and characteristics of the vibration noise of the“secondary sheet”transformers,firstly,this paper describes the influence of long-term service of silicon steel sheet on vibration noise.Then,the vibration acceleration amplitude of similar transformers with different service time is fitted to obtain the saturation magnetostrictive coefficient-service time curve.Finally,the vibration noise of the transformer with long service time is used to reflect the vibration noise of the“secondary sheet”transformers,and the influence of service time on the noise characteristic value of transformer is analyzed by finite element simulation.The results show that the lower the fundamental frequency energy proportion,the higher the spectrum complexity and the higher the high and low frequency energy ratio in the noise signal,the longer the service life of the silicon steel sheet,or the higher the probability of using the“secondary sheet”.This study can preliminarily predict the vibration noise of transformer after normal aging,and provide a reference for further proposing the criteria for identifying“secondary chip”transformers.
