基于空间正义理论的城市养老设施空间分布优化探究——以长沙市为例

摘　　要：当前我国社会人口老龄化加重,社会养老负担增加,逐渐成为亟须解决的社会问题。科学地评估养老设施对老年人口的空间可达性,是积极应对人口老龄化问题的重要环节,有利于推动养老资源空间配置上的社会公平。基于空间正义理论,通过以长沙市为实例进行探究,采用高斯两步移动搜索法、空间自相关等方式对养老设施可达性进行评估,并根据研究结果从城市规划方面提出对养老设施供给、布局、密度方面的建议,给相关规划人员提供参考。Currently,the increasing serious aging society and the increase of social elderly care burden have gradually become social problems that need to be solved urgently.Scientifically assessing the spatial accessibility of elderly care facilities to the elderly population is an important part of actively responding to the social aging problems,which is conducive to promoting social equity in the spatial allocation of elderly care facilities.Based on the theory of spatial justice,this paper uses Changsha as an example to assess the accessibility of elderly care facilities through Gauss two-step mobile search method,spatial autocorrelation and other methods.Based on the research results,the suggestions are made for the supply,layout,and density of elderly care facilities from the perspective of urban planning.It provides a reference for relevant planning personnel.
