基于公众参与的历史文化街区活化策略研究——以重庆市慈云寺-米市街-龙门浩历史文化街区为例

摘　　要：在城市化进程中,历史文化街区保护对保留地方特色具有重要作用,公众参与有助于保留街区特色。文章分析了重庆市慈云寺-米市街-龙门浩历史文化街区的保护现状,发现存在规划编制阶段公众参与缺失和商业主题不明晰的问题,提出应将“参与式”规划在政策、规划与街区层面三管齐下。文章可为相关部门在历史文化街区保护中的公众参与提供参考依据。The protection of historic and cultural blocks plays an important role in preserving local characteristics in the process of urbanization,and public participation helps to preserve the characteristics of the districts.This paper analyzes the current conservation status of Ciyun Temple,Mishi Street,and Longmenhao Historic and Cultural Neighborhoods in Chongqing,and finds that there is a lack of public participation in the planning stage and a lack of clarity in the commercial theme,and proposes that“participatory”planning should be carried out together with the policy,planning,and neighborhood.This paper provides a reference basis for public participation in the protection of historic and cultural neighborhoods by relevant departments.
