摘 要:文章以衢江区贺辂亭村典型农宅为研究对象,利用仪器进行夏季农宅室内热环境与热舒适实测与分析,运用相关计算方法将实测获取的数据进行计算,得出住宅居民实测热中性温度(26.47℃)高于预测中性温度(24.73℃),并与相关标准进行对比,结果表明:实测对象的室内热舒适度不满足相关标准要求,虽然住宅居民在测试中表现出了较强的适应性,但住宅室内热舒适度较差,有待提高,对此提出相应的改进措施和建议。研究结果对衢州地区农村住宅改善被动式气候适应性特征及节能改造研究具有一定的启示。This paper takes the typical rural houses in Heluting Village,Qujiang District as the research object,measures and analyzes the thermal environment and thermal comfort of the houses with instruments in summer,and calculates the measured data with relevant calculation methods.It is found that the measured thermal neutral temperature for the residents(26.47℃)is higher than the predicted neutral temperature(24.73℃),which is then compared with applicable standards.The results indicate that the indoor thermal comfort of the measured farm houses does not meet the requirements of relevant standards.Although the residents display strong adaptability during testing,there is a need to improve the poor indoor thermal comfort of these residential buildings.Consequently,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are proposed.These findings have significant implications for the study on passive climate adaptation and energy-saving renovations of rural houses in Quzhou area.
