系统思维视角下高职院校思政课矩阵式教学改革:时势、意蕴和理路

摘　　要：高职院校思想政治理论课既是教育强国系统工程的重要组成部分,又是由相互关联的要素构成的系统。强国复兴新征程对高素质技术技能型人才培养的目标要求、产教融合办学模式对高职人才培养的现实需求共同造就了高职院校思想政治理论课矩阵式教学改革的时势。形成教学目标、教学理念、教学方法与教学管理的“组合拳”是高职院校思想政治理论的矩阵式教学改革的意蕴。以教学目标引领统合课堂形态和教学参与方是高职院校思想政治理论课矩阵式教学改革的理路。The course of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges is not only an important component of the systems engineering of education,but also a system composed of interrelated elements.The goal requirements of the new journey of the rejuvenation of the great power for high-quality technical and skilled talents and the practical needs of the training of higher vocational talents in the mode of integrating production and education have jointly created the current situation of matrix teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses.The combination of teaching goal,teaching idea,teaching method and teaching management is the implication of matrix teaching reform of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges.It is the rational way of matrix teaching reform of ideological and political theory course to lead the integrated classroom form and teaching participants with teaching objectives.
