摘 要:本文针对涪江特大桥41#、42#水中墩基础施工及两岸施工运输需求,研究了困难条件下重型钢栈桥的设计及施工技术。栈桥位于重庆市潼南区涪江上,总长360.6m,采用过水栈桥设计,上部结构为型钢结构,桥面宽度6m,基本跨度9m。设计方案解决了常规栈桥阻水面积大、易冲毁的问题,采用减小阻水面积和减少漂浮物堆积的型钢结构设计。施工技术包括钢管桩基础施工、承重梁安装、桥面系铺设等,并通过承载验算确保了栈桥的安全性和稳定性。This article focuses on the construction of the foundation of the 41#and 42#underwater piers of the Fujiang Grand Bridge and the transportation requirements for construction on both sides.It studies the design and construction technology of heavy-duty steel wharf under difficult conditions.The wharf is located on the Fujiang River in Tongnan District,Chongqing,with a total length of 360.6 meters.It is designed as a water crossing wharf,with an upper structure of steel structure,a bridge deck width of 6 meters,and a basic span of 9 meters.The design solution solves the problems of large water blocking area and easy erosion of conventional wharf,adopting a steel structure design that reduces the water blocking area and minimizes the accumulation of floating debris.The construction technology includes steel pipe pile foundation construction,load-bearing beam installation,bridge deck system laying,etc.,and ensures the safety and stability of the wharf through bearing verification.
