摘 要:在日益复杂供应链市场环境下,企业间的竞争已从单一企业间的对抗演变为复杂的全链协同竞争。为提升采购效率、降低成本,许多企事业单位正实施集中采购战略。集中采购强调供应链的协同与整合,通过整合不同部门的职能,设立专门的采购管理部门,优化供应商资源配置,构建以供应链管理为核心的集中采购体系[1]。然而,和分散采购模式相比,也存在一定的不足之处。本文旨在分析全链管理项目物资集中采购模式的优缺点,探讨如何运用创新管理手段,强化内部控制、优化采购流程,构建更完善的集中采购模式。In the increasingly complex supply chain market environment,competition between enterprises has evolved from single enterprise confrontation to complex full chain collaborative competition.To improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs,many enterprises and institutions are implementing centralized procurement strategies.Centralized procurement emphasizes the collaboration and integration of the supply chain,by integrating the functions of different departments,establishing specialized procurement management departments,optimizing supplier resource allocation,and building a centralized procurement system with supply chain management as the core.However,compared with the decentralized procurement model,there are also certain shortcomings.This article aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the centralized procurement model for full chain management projects,explore how to use innovative management methods,strengthen internal control,optimize procurement processes,and build a more complete centralized procurement model.
