摘 要:本文主要介绍了在汕昆高速公路揭阳新亨至梅州畲江段及梅汕高速公路梅州程江至畲江段改扩建工程施工中,由于需对既有老旧桥梁清潭大桥进行拆除,但周边环境较为复杂,桥址区域不但毗邻村镇,而且桥梁纵坡较大,若采用传统的爆破或机械拆除作业,不但对周边村镇产生严重干扰,而且施工安全风险较高。为此项目部对清潭大桥拆除施工方案进行认真比选,同时对现场施工条件仔细调查,最终决定采用架桥机拆除上部梁体结构,同时对施工中的各项工序进行严格把控,通过一系列举措,不但安全顺利完成该桥梁的拆除工作,而且最大限度降低了对周边环境的干扰。采用该方法拆除老旧桥梁所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。This article mainly introduces the construction of the Jieyang Xinheng Meizhou Shejiang section of the Shankun Expressway and the Meizhou Chengjiang Shejiang section of the Meishan Expressway.Due to the need to demolish the existing old bridge Qingtan Bridge,the surrounding environment is complex.The bridge site area is not only adjacent to villages and towns,but also has a large longitudinal slope.If traditional blasting or mechanical demolition operations are used,it will not only cause serious interference to surrounding villages and towns,but also pose high construction safety risks.For this purpose,the project department carefully compared and selected the demolition construction plan for Qingtan Bridge,and conducted a thorough investigation of the on-site construction conditions.Finally,it was decided to use a bridge erecting machine to dismantle the upper beam structure,while strictly controlling all construction processes.Through a series of measures,not only was the demolition work of the bridge completed safely and smoothly,but the interference with the surrounding environment was also minimized to the greatest extent possible.The relevant technologies involved in demolishing old bridges using this method also provide reference and guidance for similar construction in the future.
