摘 要:浙江省宁波舟山港六横公路大桥项目二期工程青龙门大桥主通航孔为2×756m三塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,为世界在建最大跨径三塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,其引桥采用70m跨混凝土预制节段箱梁结构,由于受引桥墩身结构影响,引桥墩顶块需采用浮吊提前安装,然后采用架桥机节段拼装剩余节段梁部分。引桥墩身高度高、墩顶块重量大,受桥墩间距影响,起重船作业空间较小,为保证起重船安全起吊墩顶块,结合设计图纸及现场实际情况,简单探讨了一种深水跨海大桥大型起重船吊装墩顶块的施工方法及其安全措施,该施工方法及安全措施的应用,保障了海上高墩节段梁墩顶块的施工安全,圆满完成了六横公路大桥项目二期工程70m跨预制节段箱梁墩顶块的安装工作。The main navigation span of Qinglongmen Bridge in Phase II of Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge Project in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province is a 2×756m three tower steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,which is the world's largest under construction three tower steel box girder cable-stayed bridge.The approach bridge adopts a 70m span precast segmental box girder structure.Due to the influence of the pier body structure of the approach bridge,the top block of the approach bridge pier needs to be installed in advance by a floating crane,and then the remaining segmental beam parts need to be assembled by a bridge erecting machine.The height of the pier body of the approach bridge is high,and the weight of the pier top block is large.Due to the influence of the spacing between the piers,the operating space of the crane ship is small.In order to ensure the safe lifting of the pier top block by the crane ship,combined with the design drawings and the actual situation on site,a construction method and safety measures for lifting the pier top block by a large crane ship for a deep-water cross sea bridge are briefly discussed.The application of this construction method and safety measures ensures the construction safety of the beam and pier top block of the high pier section at sea,and the installation work of the 70m span prefabricated section box girder pier top block for the second phase of the Liuheng Highway Bridge project is successfully completed.
