摘  要:本文以深圳地铁14号线宝荷站C、D、E出入口横跨宝荷路至宝荷路北侧炳坑商业街工程施工为实例,详细地论述了地铁施工中矩形顶管机设备选型,顶管施工的工艺流程,顶管的始发、顶管正常段推进、顶管接收阶段施工、出土方式及出土量控制等技术,该技术针对性强,有效地保证了管节在城市交汇要道下穿顶进施工,提高了施工进度并且应用效果好,同时也较为经济,施工安全风险有效可控。This article takes the construction of the C,D,and E entrances and exits of Baohe Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 14,spanning Baohe Road to Bingkeng Commercial Street on the north side of Baohe Road,as an example.It elaborates in detail on the selection of rectangular pipe jacking machine equipment,the process flow of pipe jacking construction,the starting and normal section of pipe jacking,the receiving stage of pipe jacking construction,the excavation method,and the control of excavation volume in subway construction.This technology is highly targeted and effectively ensures the construction of pipe joints under urban intersections,improves construction progress,has good application effects,and is also relatively economical.The construction safety risks are effectively controllable.
