摘  要:本文深入探讨了医院建筑施工中医疗射线防护工程的优化策略与实践。研究聚焦于医院医疗综合楼的放射科机房、核医学科室、介入治疗室等辐射区域,系统分析了当前医疗射线防护工程中的常见问题与挑战。通过具体案例分析,详细阐述了防辐射砼施工技术、直线加速器机房管线预留预埋方案、泄爆口节点铅防护施工要点、墙体与门洞射线防护措施、防辐射建筑水平施工缝设置策略,以及硫酸钡水泥砂浆替代地面铅板防护的创新方法。本文旨在为医院建筑施工提供一套全面的医疗射线防护工程优化方案,确保辐射水平控制在安全范围内,保障医务人员、患者及公众的健康与安全。This article explores in depth the optimization strategies and practices of medical radiation protection engineering in hospital construction.The research focuses on radiation areas such as radiology rooms,nuclear medicine departments,and interventional treatment rooms in the hospital's medical complex building,and systematically analyzes common problems and challenges in current medical radiation protection engineering.Through specific case analysis,this article elaborates on the construction technology of radiation resistant concrete,the reserved and embedded plan for pipelines in linear accelerator rooms,the key points of lead protection construction for explosion vent nodes,radiation protection measures for walls and door openings,the strategy for setting horizontal construction joints in radiation resistant buildings,and the innovative method of replacing ground lead plates with barium sulfate cement mortar for protection.This article aims to provide a comprehensive optimization plan for medical radiation protection engineering in hospital construction,ensuring that radiation levels are controlled within a safe range and safeguarding the health and safety of medical personnel,patients,and the public.
