摘　　要：针对某6行、4行油菜毯状苗移栽机装配车间的工程设计任务,通过采用轨道小车平台、翻转变位机、KBK柔性组合起重系统,提升了油菜联合移栽机装配的柔性化。加以变速箱负荷清洗试验设备、整机负荷试验设备的在线生产检测,实现油菜联合移栽机多品种的批量生产,大幅提升生产效率,缩短生产流程。According to the engineering design task of a 6-row and 4-row blanket seedling transplanter assembly workshop,the flexible assembly of rapeseed combined transplanter was improved by adopting the KBK flexible combined lifting system of rail trolley platform turning and shifting machine on-line production inspection of gearbox load cleaning test equipment and whole load test equipment can realize batch production of multiple varieties of rape combined transplanter,greatly improve production efficiency and shorten production process。
