摘　　要：现在房建工程为满足造型和功能的需要,其结构形式逐渐趋于复杂。越来越多的超高、超重梁板类构件应用到工程中来,给工程的施工造成了一定的难度。廊坊综合保税区项目1#(保税智能物流中心)就是此类结构形式的典型。该工程存在大量超高超重梁。其中超高超重梁具有截面尺寸大且尺寸不统一、分布散乱、高度不一等特点,使得支撑体系的建立较为复杂,施工安全难以保证。为解决工程中的以上问题,项目部经多次讨论,对超重粱及超高楼板模架设计及施工进行了深入研究,最终形成了此套施工技术。Nowadays,in order to meet the needs of form and function,the structural forms of housing construction projects are gradually becoming more complex.More and more ultra-high and overweight beam and slab components are being applied in engineering,which poses certain difficulties to the construction of the project.The Langfang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Project 1#(Bonded Intelligent Logistics Center)is a typical structural form of this kind.There are a large number of super high and super heavy beams in this project.Among them,super high and super heavy beams have the characteristics of large and non-uniform cross-sectional dimensions,scattered distribution,and varying heights,making the establishment of the support system more complex and difficult to ensure construction safety.To solve the above problems in the project,the project department has conducted in-depth research on the design and construction of formwork for overweight beams and high-rise building slabs after multiple discussions,and finally formed this set of construction techniques.
