摘 要:本文深入探讨了岩土工程勘察中的质量管理及其过程管理的重要性与应用措施。首先,概述了质量管理的定义及其在岩土工程勘察中的核心目标,强调了全面性、系统性、预防性、持续改进等基本原则。接着,详细阐述了过程管理在ISO9001:2001中的核心理念,特别是PDCA循环在岩土工程勘察中的应用,文章进一步分析了计划、实施、检查、处理四个阶段在岩土工程勘察中的具体操作,强调了过程管理在确保勘察工作有序进行中的关键作用。最后,提出了优化勘察工作内容、加强勘察现场作业管理、规范勘察文件、提高后期服务质量等具体措施,以确保岩土工程勘察质量的持续提升。This paper discusses the importance and application measures of quality management and process management in geotechnical engineering investigation.Firstly,the definition of quality management and its core objectives in geotechnical engineering investigation are summarized,and the basic principles such as comprehensiveness,systematicness,prevention and continuous improvement are emphasized.Then,the core concept of process management in ISO9001:2001 is elaborated in detail,especially the application of PDCA cycle in geotechnical engineering investigation.The article further analyzes the concrete operation of the four stages of planning,implementation,inspection and treatment in geotechnical engineering investigation,and emphasizes the key role of process management in ensuring the orderly investigation.Finally,specific measures such as optimizing the content of survey work,strengthening the management of survey site operation,standardizing survey documents,and improving the service quality in the later period are put forward to ensure the continuous improvement of geotechnical engineering survey quality.
