摘 要:随着油气田开采深度的增加和地质条件的复杂化,钻井和压裂作业过程中的故障预警和异常诊断需求日益迫切。本文提出基于油藏模型的井筒工程实施全过程数据采集与处理、异常诊断算法等技术,实现了对油气勘探开发过程的全面监控与智能化决策支持。通过新疆玛湖油田的应用案例分析,验证了系统的实用性和有效性。该系统提高了异常诊断的准确性和效率,优化了钻井和压裂作业。With the increasing depth of oil and gas field exploitation and the complexity of geological conditions,the demand for fault warning and abnormal diagnosis in drilling and fracturing operations is becoming increasingly urgent.This article proposes technologies such as data acquisition and processing,anomaly diagnosis algorithms,etc.for the entire process of wellbore engineering implementation based on reservoir models,achieving comprehensive monitoring and intelligent decision support for oil and gas exploration and development processes.Through the application case analysis of the Mahu Oilfield in Xinjiang,the practicality and effectiveness of the system have been verified.This system improves the accuracy and efficiency of anomaly diagnosis,and optimizes drilling and fracturing operations.
