摘  要:广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司热轧板带厂2032生产线高压水除鳞系统除鳞泵电机长期以工频频率运行,为实现厂部节能降耗要求,提出一种高压水除鳞系统节能控制方法,通过PLC程序设计,对钢坯的行进位置进行跟踪,在钢坯即将到达除鳞点时,变频电机自动升频至工频运行,在钢坯离开除鳞点后变频电机自动降频运行,以达到节省电耗的目的。The high-pressure water descaling system in the 2032 production line of the hot-rolled plate and strip mill at Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group has long operated at the industrial frequency,resulting in high energy consumption.To meet the plant’s energy-saving and consumption-reduction requirements,an energy-saving control method for the highpressure water descaling system is proposed.This method involves designing a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)program to track the position of the steel billet.When the billet approaches the descaling point,the variable-frequency motor automatically increases its frequency to the industrial frequency.After the billet leaves the descaling point,the motor frequency is automatically reduced.This approach effectively reduces electrical energy consumption.
