摘 要:近几年,国内新能源车辆产销快速提升,传统成品油市场受到冲击,为寻求新的业务增长,实现高质量发展,传统能源企业转型升级迫在眉睫。本文基于SWOT分析方法,以中国石化为例,通过分析企业内部、外部因素,面临的机遇和挑战,形成SWOT分析矩阵,结合企业自身实际对传统能源企业未来发展策略提出建议。In recent years,the rapid growth in the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China has impacted the traditional refined oil market.To seek new business growth and achieve high-quality development,traditional energy enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade.This paper uses the SWOT analysis method,taking Sinopec as an example,to analyze the internal and external factors,opportunities,and challenges faced by the enterprise.A SWOT analysis matrix is formed,and suggestions for the future development strategies of traditional energy enterprises are proposed based on the actual situation of the enterprise.
