不同骨料类型及取代率再生混凝土轴压力学性能试验研究

摘  要:为研究不同取代率及骨料类型对再生混凝土力学性能的影响,设计并制作了再生砖骨料、再生碎石骨料两种骨料类型及五种取代率的再生混凝土试块进行试验研究,分析了不同取代率、骨料类型对再生混凝土破坏形态及力学性能的影响。结果表明,再生砖骨料混凝土破坏截面上砖骨料断裂多脆性破坏更为明显;取代率对再生碎石混凝土的弹性模量影响不大,但随着取代率增大,再生碎石混凝土的强度逐渐降低,最大幅度为10.9%;再生砖骨料的掺入显著降低了混凝土的强度与弹性模量,随着再生砖骨料取代率的增大,混凝土强度显著降低,最大幅度为35.2%,弹性模量也显著降低,最大幅度为14.7%;相同取代率的再生砖骨料混凝土强度及弹性模量明显低于再生碎石混凝土,前者最大降低了27.2%,后者最大降低了15.5%。In order to study the effect of different replacement ratio and aggregate type on the mechanical prop⁃ erties of recycled concrete, designed and produced recycled concrete specimens with two types of aggregate, re⁃ cycled brick aggregate and recycled gravel aggregate, and five replacement ratios for experimental study, and analyzed the effect of replacement ratio and aggregate type on the damage morphology and mechanical proper⁃ ties of recycled concrete. The results show that the damage section of recycled brick aggregate concrete has more obvious brick aggregate fracture and brittle damage;the replacement ratio has little effect on the elastic modulus of recycled crushed stone concrete, but the strength of recycled crushed stone concrete decreases with the increase of the replacement ratio, with a maximum of 10.9%;the mixing of recycled brick aggregate signifi⁃ cantly reduces the strength and elastic modulus of the concrete, and the strength of concrete decreases signifi⁃ cantly with the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled brick aggregate, with a maximum of 35%;the mix⁃ ing of recycled brick aggregate significantly reduces the strength and elastic modulus of concrete. With the in⁃ crease of the replacement rate of recycled brick aggregate, the strength of concrete was significantly reduced, the maximum is 35.2%, and the modulus of elasticity was also significantly reduced, the maximum is 14.7%;the strength and modulus of elasticity of concrete with the same replacement ratio of recycled brick aggregate was significantly lower than that of recycled crushed stone concrete, the former was reduced by a maximum of 27.2%, and the latter was reduced by a maximum of 15.5%.
