摘 要:为了对工业固废铁尾矿在预制混凝土中的应用和综合经济效益有进一步的认识和了解,研究采用宏观力学试验对C30和C40两种混凝土设计强度共计8组配比进行研究分析。结果发现,合理的铁尾矿掺入在保证混凝土良好粘聚性和流动性的同时,使C30和C40脱模强度和28d强度分别达到设计强度的80%和120%以上。在铁尾矿集料与机制砂和碎石复配比例相同的情况下,铁尾矿集料对C40脱模抗压强度的影响虽小于C30,但不利于C40后期强度的发展,且对两种混凝土不同龄期抗压强度的影响大小依次为:铁尾矿砂+铁尾矿石>铁尾矿石>铁尾矿砂。从性能和经济等综合分析来看,铁尾矿砂和机制砂复配比例为3:2,铁尾矿石和碎石复配比例为1:1的配比为C30和C40集料复配的最佳配比。In order to further understand the application and comprehensive economic benefits of industrial sol⁃ id waste iron tailings in precast concrete, macroscopic mechanical tests were conducted to study and analyze the design strength of C30 and C40 concrete, with a total of 8 mix ratios. As a result, it was found that the rea⁃ sonable addition of iron tailings ensured good cohesion and flowability of concrete, while achieving a demold⁃ ing strength and 28 day strength of over 80% and 120% of the design strength for C30 and C40, respectively. When the ratio of iron tailings aggregate to machine-made sand and crushed stone is the same, the effect of iron tailings aggregate on the compressive strength of C40 demolding is smaller than that of C30, but it is not conducive to the development of C40's later strength. The influence of iron tailings on the compressive strength of two types of concrete at different ages is in the following order: iron tailings sand + iron tailings ore > iron tailings ore > iron tailings sand. From a comprehensive analysis of performance and economy, a ratio of 3:2 between iron tailings sand and mechanism sand, and a ratio of 1:1 between iron tailings ore and crushed stone, is the optimal ratio for the combination of C30 and C40 aggregates.
