摘  要:抗压强度是衡量砖类产品能够承受最大压强的关键指标,也是为保证建筑工程质量安全和长期使用提供指导的关键参数。不论是用于砌筑房屋建造还是用于居民设施的砖,在测定其抗压强度时,关键步骤都需要使用压力试验机进行试验。但是试验过程中压力试验机压板的球压面经常无法与试样对正,导致试验时压力和试样不在一条轴线上,容易造成试验数据准确度降低。为解决此类问题,在压力试验机内侧顶部左右两侧加装两个固定块,并在一侧固定块上安装定位功能,保证试验过程中压力试验机压板的球压面与试样对正,使试验时压力和试样在一条轴线上,能够提高压力试验机的稳定性及准确度。The compressive strength project is a key indicator to measure the maximum pressure that brick prod⁃ucts can withstand,and it is also a key parameter to provide guidance for ensuring the quality safety and long term use of construction projects.Whether it is bricks used in the construction of masonry houses or residen⁃tial facilities,the critical step in determining their compressive strength is the use of a pressure testing ma⁃chine.However,during the test,the ball pressing surface of the pressure plate of the pressure testing machine often cannot be aligned with the sample,resulting in the pressure and the sample not on the same axis during the test,which is easy to cause the accuracy of the test data to be reduced.In order to solve such problems,two fixed blocks are installed on the left and right sides of the top of the inner side of the pressure testing machine,and the positioning function is installed on one side of the fixed block,so as to ensure that the ball pressing surface of the pressure testing machine pressing plate is aligned with the sample during the test,so that the pressure and the sample are on an axis during the test,and the stability and accuracy of the pressure testing machine can be improved.
