回弹法评定混凝土抗压强度的主要影响因素及测强曲线研究

摘  要:回弹法作为混凝土抗压强度无损检测的核心技术,其精度受材料特性、施工工艺及检测操作的影响显著。针对全国统一测强曲线在区域工程中的局限性(平均误差4MPa),以广西某商住楼为案例,结合回弹法与钻芯法数据(10梁10柱共640个测点),构建了地区专用测强曲线。结果表明:区域曲线相对误差由21.6%降至11.13%,显著优于JGJ/T 23-2011《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》中的14%限值要求。研究证实,多方法协同检测与区域性修正策略可提升强度评估精度至±7.2%,为复杂使用环境下混凝土结构安全评估提供了参考。As the core technology of nondestructive testing of concrete compressive strength, the accuracy of the rebound method is significantly affected by the material characteristics, construction technology and testing op⁃ eration. In view of the limitations of the national unified strength measurement curve in regional engineering (the average error is 4.0MPa), taking a commercial and residential building in Guangxi as a case, combined with the data of rebound method and core drilling method (10 beams and 10 columns with a total of 640 mea⁃ surement points), a region-specific strength measurement curve was constructed. The results show that the rela⁃ tive error of the regional curve is reduced from 21.6% to 11.13%, which is significantly better than the 14% lim⁃ it requirement in JGJ/T 23-2011“Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Re⁃ bound Method”. The study confirms that the multi-method collaborative detection and regional correction strat⁃ egies can improve the strength assessment accuracy to ±7.2%, which provides a reference for the safety assess⁃ ment of concrete structures in complex use environments.
