立柱内孔修复技术在液压支架维修过程中的应用研究

摘  要:立柱内孔修复技术是液压支架修复的关键,在保证液压支架正常工作的前提下,能够显著提高维修效率、降低成本,同时加强煤矿的整体生产安全。将对立柱内孔修补技术的意义进行介绍,对其实际修补过程中的使用方法进行详细说明,主要包括修补前准备、实际操作步骤和修补后性能测试等,并提出提高修复前期准备精度、优化修复技术操作流程、改进修复后性能测试方法等对策。Column inner hole repair technology is the key to the repair of hydraulic support.On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic support,significantly improves the maintenance efficiency,reduces cost,and strengthes the overall production safety of the coal mine.This paper will introduce the significance of column inner hole repair technology,and describes in detail the use of the repair technology in the actual repair process,including pre-repair preparation,practical operation steps and post-repair performance test.Countermeasures such as improving the accuracy of pre-repair preparation,optimizing the operation process of repair technology,and improving the post-repair performance test method are proposed.
