摘 要:建筑地基基础和桩基础施工处理技术是工程建设中的重要手段。地基基础作为建筑物的重要组成部分,其设计和施工质量直接影响建筑的整体性能。常用地基处理技术包括换填地基法、夯实地基法、挤密桩地基法和化学加固法,这些技术各有特点和适用条件。桩基础则通过将荷载传递至深层坚实地层来提高承载能力。预制桩和灌注桩是两种主要的桩基础类型,分别采用工厂预制和现场浇筑的方式:预制桩施工包括锤击沉桩、静力压桩等方法;灌注桩则有钻孔、沉管和人工挖孔等技术。这些技术的合理应用能够有效确保建筑地基的稳定性和耐久性。The construction treatment technologies for building foundations and pile foundations are critical links in engineering construction.As an important component of a building,the design and construction quality of the foundation directly affect the overall performance of the building.Common foundation treatment technologies include replacement foundation method,compaction foundation method,compacted pile foundation method,and chemical reinforcement method,each with its unique characteristics and applicable conditions.Pile foundations enhances its bearing capacity by transferring loads to deep,solid strata.Precast piles and cast-in-place piles are the two primary types of pile foundations,which are prefabricated in factories and poured on site respectively.The construction of precast piles involves methods such as hammer driving and static pressure pile driving,while cast-in-place piles utilize techniques like drilling,tube sinking,and manual excavation.The rational application of these techniques can effectively ensure the stability and durability of building foundations.
